A friend of mine was scoping out this cool barn find. What a cool project! More pics plus the ad text after the jump! Or check it out on Craigslist while the ad lasts!
1951 Desoto Custom Convertible. When was the last time you saw one of these on the street or in a car show, besides never. This is a complete Original Barn find stored since 1963, fifty years ago and continues to be in storage at present. This is truely an awesome barn dig. This car has no rust thru anywhere that can be found or seen. The convertible top will need to be replaced and the interior is old would need a refresh. The engine is the original 6 cylinder 251 cuin Chrysler L head and the transmission is an automatic “Tip Toe” with 4 gears.was second to none during its day. The car does not currently run and would need to be gone thru like all older vehicles. This is a matching numbers car and a Refurbished Desoto convertibles values exceed $40K. This is a great investment so Don’t miss this rare opportunity to own a car of this great American Car decade. This car won’t last long. Contact me via email and please put “51 SOTO” in the subject line to weed out the scammers.
