Watch a Challenger SRT8 Walk Away from a Ferrari FF
You may remember Team Spankin Time from a video we posted last month of them spanking a McLaren MP4-12C. Well, they are not done humiliating supercars! Watch them leave a Ferrari FF after the jump! They also do the same thing to a 530 RWHP Z06. This Kenne Bell Supercharged Challenger runs 10s in street trim. Go Mopar!
1971 Dodge Challenger R/T at the Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals
This original, well-documented 4-speed 440 Six Pack Challenger came out of Canada very rusty. Alan Glenn completed a full OE restoration and was able to finish just before bringing it to Carlisle. He had to do new rear frame rails, trunk floor, rear quarter panels, trunk extensions, door skins, hood, etc. Looks great now, though! Via the official Dodge YouTube channel. Check out the video after the jump!
Reader’s Rides: TJ Shands’ 1965 Dodge Dart GT
TJ’s 360-powered 1965 Dodge Dart GT runs 7.0’s in the 1/8 mile at 96 mph. And it’s his daily driver on the street! More pics after the jump!

Video From the Mopars Unlimited 5th Annual Fred Meyer Meet and Greet
I think I need a camera with a wider lens. And more skill. But anyway, check out two videos after the jump–one quick tour of the show, and one short video of the beautiful 4-speed Hemi Road Runner! And if you missed the pics yesterday, you can see them here.
Hemi Thunderbird
How’s this for a Hemi swap? A 1955 Ford Thunderbird! This car, or one like it, was featured in Hot Rod was back in 1958! See more pics after the jump! Via Moparts
Update: the guys at Hemmings just sent me a link to an article they ran on a Hemi-powered 1955 Thunderbird back in 2010. Check it out!
Reader’s Rides: Mick Thomches’ 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger
This is our second 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger reader’s ride this month! Pretty heavily modded, but still a bit more of a street car than Mike Moreck’s 1972 Swinger. Here’s the word from Mick:
Nice 360/480 h.p. crate motor, 3 sp. B+M Pro Street ratchet into 904 Performance tranny . Mini-tubbed 8 3/4 sure grip w/3:55 gears and Strange axles. Super Stock leafs w/Monroe Max Air shocks. Full AutoMeter instrumentation. Just a blast to drive.

Mopars Unlimited 5th Annual Fred Meyer Meet and Greet
I swung by the Mopars Unlimited 5th Annual Fred Meyer Meet and Greet up in Everett, Washington yesterday and snapped pics of all the cars. Lots of familiar faces and Mopars, and definitely a cool little show! Thanks to Dave Oz for making it happen! See 80 more pics after the jump!
Reader’s Rides: Christian Färdig’s 1969 Plymouth Road Runner
Here’s another burly Mopar from Sweden. Christian purchased the yellow B-body off eBay back in 2010 and had it shipped across the Atlantic from Florida. It’s powered by a 440 with forged pistons, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum cylinder heads, Weiand Tunnel Ram Intake and Holley 600 carbs. It has a Coolit radiator with dual fans, ceramic coated headers and 3″ Flowmaster exhaust. It’s got a 727 transmission with a 3000 stall converter. It’s been tubed in the rear and has a full roll cage. Lots more pics after the jump!

Great pic from the Dodge Challenger Facebook page. Photo by Shawn Jean Tuhkanen. Have you taken your Mopar on any road trips this summer?
