Looks like it only got bid up to $27,100 with reserve not met.
Reader’s Rides: Bob Raskey’s 1969 Dodge Charger R/T
Now here’s a real beauty: Bob Raskey’s 1969 Dodge Charger R/T out of southern Colorado. It has a 440 rebuilt by Maund Motors pushing approximately 450 horsepower. The rear quarters were replaced but otherwise this is a very solid and original California car. One more pic after the jump!
Reader’s Rides: Kevin Plummer’s 1971 Dodge Demon
In one year Kevin from Wisconsin transformed this H Code Demon from a roller to a 440-powered show car! The pic below was shot on father’s day 2013. Click through to see the car on father’s day 2012, along with engine and interior pics!
Rocket Restorations
I dropped by Rocket Restorations in Olympia, Washington yesterday to say hi to my buddy Tom and look around his shop a bit. It was my first visit and I was not disappointed–he had some very cool stuff. Like an A12 Road Runner that was just about done (I would kill for this car). A beautiful freshly painted silver ’69 Charger. A Challenger SE in the middle of a somewhat challenging vinyl top install. A cool Dart GTS. A ’67 Satellite getting a fuel injection setup. A ’62 Dodge convertible that had received a ton of metal work. A few freshly rebuilt motors on stands. Tons and tons of parts. Oh, and his old Barracuda LeMons race car. These guys do great work, so if you are in the area and need help with your Mopar, give ’em a call. (Be sure to like their Facebook page, too.) See the rest of the pics after the jump!
1966 Plymouth Belvedere is the Least Junked Car in America
According to the folks at Plant Junk Cars, the 1996 Plymouth Belvedere is the least junked car in America. Probably cause those 66-7 parts are so darn expensive and hard to find! (Yes, I used to own one.) What’s the most junked? Ford (I know, big surprise). Via LACar.com Thanks to Darren for the tip!
1956 Dodge Rat Rod on Portland Craigslist
Yeah, it’s not done and I have no idea how much power that blown 315ci Hemi will make, but this thing is definitely cool as hell! More pics plus text from the Craigslist ad after the jump!
Mopars at Drag Week
BangShift has started posting some pics from Drag Week, and there are definitely a few cool Mopars in the mix. See more after the jump!
Donk Fury on Detroit Craigslist
I don’t mind donks but this seems wrong. Someone buy this 1967 Plymouth Fury and put it back. Thanks. (More pics after the jump.)
