Tom Hoover 1929-2015
Tom Hoover, aka The Father of the Hemi, has passed away at the age of 85, after losing a battle with Guillain–Barré syndrome. One of the founding members of The Ramchargers, Tom certainly left his mark in the automotive world. We will miss you Tom. Find more info on the man and his accomplishments at Allpar.
A Graveyard of Rare Dodges
Lucas Marquardt takes us on a video tour of a veritable field of dreams in the back lot of an undisclosed location. It consists of a 1969 Coronet R/T 440, a 1968 Hemi Charger, a 1969 Hemi Charger, a 1969 Charger 500, a 1968 318 Charger and two first generation Chargers! Challenger Hellcat Runs in the 10s
Ricci Cavallaro took a bone-stock 2015 Challenger Hellcat to Pittsburgh Raceway Park, swapped out the OEM rubber for Nitto NT05 tires measuring 305/45/r18, and made a 10.97 pass on his first run! 6000 Mile Survivor 1968 Hemi Road Runner
Joe Grass of Michigan bought this Hemi Road Runner in September of 1968. A run-in with the law in 1970 resulted in a damaged engine so he parked it. For 45 years! An engine rebuild and some TLC and she’s back. Read the entire story at Hot Rod. More pics after the jump!

Five Mopars in One Barn Find on Craigslist
BangShift has alerted us to one incredible barn find. Five, count ’em, five Mopars! While the “barn” is more of a storage facility, with concrete walls and floor, that’s nothing but good news as far as the condition of the finds; two 1970 Chargers, a 1971 340 Cuda, a Super Bee and a Dart Swinger!
