Collectible Car of the Future: SRT Viper

Each year, the National Automotive History Collection (NAHC) selects what it deems will be the collectible car of the future. “We ask our members to predict which of the year’s new vehicles will command the highest attention at Detroit’s famous Woodward Dream Cruise 25 years from now,” Charles K. Hyde, president of the NAHC Board of Trustees said. This is the third time the Viper has won the award. One more reason to own one! Find more info at Cars and Parts.

1971 Dodge Demon

De·monˈ(noun) / dēmən /: “A persistently tormenting person, force, or passion”. Check out this tormenting force in the guise of a 1971 Dodge Demon. It left the factory with the 225 six cylinder and was previously owned by a little old lady. No joke. It was converted into a restomod 440 powered hot rod. Wicked! Via MoparMax Magazine. Death Row 1971 Barracuda

This very solid E-body sitting in Tennessee is not for sale but not for the usual “I’m going to restore it someday” reason. This owner is just downright nasty,

“I found this ’71 Barracuda sitting in Tennessee.  I got a chance to talk the owner, an older woman.  She refuses to sell, and has turned down several offers.  She said that someone can take away when they can sweep it into a dust bin.  Sad story.”

See it here at Cars in Barns. Another pic after the jump.
