1988 Jeep Comanche Race Truck on eBay

Tommy Archer has been with the Chrysler Group’s racing and development team for the past 18 years. In 1989 he raced this very truck at Lime Rock, winning the event. It’s a survivor race truck with only 4000 miles! The only updates are the fuel cell, replacement Hoosier tires, a new front spoiler and a bigger racing seat. The interior looks amazingly stock for a race winning truck. Wouldn’t it be cool to enter it in vintage races? See more detail at Bring A Trailer. The eBay ad was pulled 04Nov after apparently reaching only $5300. See the new, reposted, ad on eBay.  More pis after the jump!

Carbon Fiber Viper by Vivid Racing

There are two ways to make a Viper faster; more power and/or less weight. In the “less weight” department, carbon fiber is a favorite. This Viper is debuting at SEMA, and has been treated to a diet program thanks to Vivid Racing. Bits include a new hood, front lip, canards, side skirts, front diffuser, tail light surround and carbon fiber wing. Also some very tasty Niche wheels. See more at Carbuzz. The Fast and The Furious Charger is For Sale

Vin Diesel’s Charger from 2001’s “The Fast and The Furious” (the first installment) is up for sale. The 440, fake blower-equipped 1970 Charger is still wearing battle scars from its collision with a semi at the end of the movie. Would you leave it that way or rebuild it? (Assuming you have $700,000 kicking around). See it at Carbuzz. More pics after the jump!

1965 Plymouth Sport Fury Indy Pace Car For Sale on Hemmings

1965 was the first (and last) year that a Plymouth was selected as the Indianapolis 500 pace car. The chosen model was the Sport Fury convertible. There were 35 actual pace cars built for the race. Plymouth also produced one replica for each dealership in the country. That number varies between 1,300 and 1,900, depending on who you believe. See a very nice replica for sale on Hemmings. 1969 Dodge Sweptline with Cummins Power

Check out the picture below. A nice, clean 1969 Dodge Sweptline survivor that’s probably driven by some old guy, right? You’d only be right about the old guy part. The owner has highly modified his truck to allow him to tow his 53′ boat. Under the hood is a 12 valve Cummins that is sending power to a dually setup thru a 5-speed Spicer transmission which is also backed by a 10-speed Road Ranger like you’d find in a big rig. One seriously cool truck! Check out the story at BangShift. More pictures after the jump.
