Produced for only two model years (1970 and 1971), The Plymouth Sport Fury GT was Plymouth’s attempt at a full size muscle car. The 440 4 bbl was the popular choice but a 6 bbl was an option, too. I love the sinister styling. What say you? Could a C-body be considered a muscle car? Hooniverse is asking. More pics after the jump!

Death Row 1971 Barracuda
This very solid E-body sitting in Tennessee is not for sale but not for the usual “I’m going to restore it someday” reason. This owner is just downright nasty,
“I found this ’71 Barracuda sitting in Tennessee. I got a chance to talk the owner, an older woman. She refuses to sell, and has turned down several offers. She said that someone can take away when they can sweep it into a dust bin. Sad story.”
See it here at Cars in Barns. Another pic after the jump.
1974 Dodge Factory Race Car Hauler on eBay
Bring a Trailer highlights this 1974 Dodge D800 car hauler that is reported to be a factory car hauler for such team drivers as Bob Riffle, Gene Dunlop, the Fink Brothers, Arlen Vanke, and Ronnie Sox. Sporting it’s original, numbers matching 413 2-bbl, it would be a very cool way to transport your old Mopar. If you insist on owning a trailer queen then at least arrive in style. Check out the original eBay auction.
Dave Wren’s Super Stock 1970 Barracuda on eBay
After finding this Dave Wren Barracuda on eBay, and searching for more info online, it appears that the same car has been for sale many times over the years and often with the same description. it was on Carslist.co for $295,000, on CarPictures.com in 2008, and sold in June 2012 for $51,065 per CollectorCarPriceTracker.com (it’s possible that sale fell through.) A very cool car but not a lot of takers. See the auction at eBay! More pics after the jump.
Vintage Jeep Ads
I’m not going to make any references to “the good ol’ days” but these ads harken back to a simpler time. Boy, they were the good ol’ days. See more pics after the jump and even more at Petrolicious.
1970 Hemi Cuda Race Car on Craigslist
BangShift located this 1970 Plymouth Cuda on Craigslist. A very cool looking car that apparently has quite a history. Originally an export car to a Pakistan embacy boy.(What?) It was then purchased by the lengendary Earnest Montgomery of Clinton MD. (Bangshift can find no info on this racer. He may be legit but, if so, maybe drop the legendary part.) Seller is asking $85,000. See the ad on Craigslist. More pics after the jump!
Ice Cold 1970 Dodge Super Bee
This got posted on the Ratty Muscle Cars Facebook page over the weekend. I guess it’s cold in New England right now… One more pic of the Super Bee in the snow after the jump!
Free Duster Body in California!
Save it from the scrappers! This 1973 Plymouth Duster body is free to the first person who shows up!
I have one 1973 stripped Duster body for free!!! Body includes a clear CA title, dash, both fenders, passenger door, deck lid, and a few other small parts. Body is fairly straight with some damage in the left rear quarter and trunk pan. You will get just the body, and parts not the casters it is setting on so you must have a trailer and some help to lift it onto your trailer. Body must be picked up quickly or it will go to the crusher.
Don’t let it get crushed. It’s in San Marcos, California. Check out the ad on Craigslist!
Canadian 1972 Plymouth Cuda Shell
This E-body sitting in Alberta is without an engine, transmission or suspension. There are some body mods evident in the flared fenders and rear spoiler. See it at Cars in Barns. More pics after the jump.
1971 Dodge Tradesman 200 Camper Van on eBay
Wow! Check out this 70s time warp on eBay. Way cooler than a VW. A very original and well-preserved 1971 Dodge Tradesman 200 Camper Van. It’s lived in the Pacific Northwest most of its life and has only had a handful of owners–it even comes with receipts going back to 1972. Check out more pics and details on eBay!
