I found this 1968 Dodge Charger burnout pic on the internet a while ago and saved it down to my desktop. I don’t know who’s car this is or who took the pic but it rules. I have the wallpaper size here. Have you found a better burnout pic?
I saw this in the theaters when it came out back in the early 90s. Kind of a Tarantino ripoff type thing, before Renée Zellweger got famous. But the real star of the movie is the blue ’72 Road Runner. Check out the movie trailer after the jump! If you haven’t seen it you can stream it on Netflix!
Now, here’s a sad story. Guy gets a very original triple black Hemi ’68 Charger and then it goes up in flames in a garage fire. It’s currently listed for sale for $38,000 on the pennswoods.net classifieds. You can see pics of the car before the fire over at DodgeCharger.com. Hopefully it will be fixed up soon. Here’s one more B-body from the Mopars Unlimited Spring Roundup in Seattle this weekend. The purple Sport Satellite drove over 1,000 miles to get to the show from Calgary, Alberta Canada–through Montana and then over the snowy Chinook Pass at over 6000 feet of elevation! The first win goes to Miles Watsko of Winnipeg, Manitoba for his awesome 1964 Plymouth Savoy, which was chosen from over 1,000 Mopars at the 29th Annual Midwest Mopars in the Park car show in Farmington, Minnesota this weekend.
