I’ve seen a few of these Chrysler Sebring Bentley conversions over the last few years, but this is probably the most extreme one I’ve seen so far, with the 28 inch wheels and Lambo doors. I can’t tell if it’s “finished” or if they were going for the matte look. It can be yours for $15,000. More pics plus the original Craigslist ad text after the jump! Via Jalopnik

Could the New Fiat-Chrysler Headquarters End Up in Tennessee?
According to The Detroit News, Tennessee state officials are urging Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne to move the company’s new joint headquarters to Tennessee after the proposed merger completes next year. After meeting with Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam at a Fiat subsidiary plant in Pulaski, Tennessee, Marchionne said that officials have been “working me over pretty well.” Although it is doubtful that Chrysler would leave Detroit, such a move would make Fiat-Chrylser the third automaker to move to Tennessee, after Nissan and Volkswagen.
Chrysler Caves in to NHTSA on Jeep Recall
After initially refusing to recall 2.7 million Jeeps following a NTHSA warning about fire danger, Chrysler has reversed course. They are now asking that owners of 1993 to 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokees and 2002 to 2007 Jeep Libertys bring the vehicles in for inspection.
“As a result of the agreement, Chrysler Group will conduct a voluntary campaign with respect to the vehicles in question that, in addition to a visual inspection of the vehicle will, if necessary, provide an upgrade to the rear structure of the vehicle to better manage crash forces in low-speed impacts.
Chrysler Group’s analysis of the data confirms that these vehicles are not defective and are among the safest in the peer group. Nonetheless, Chrysler Group recognizes that this matter has raised concerns for its customers and wants to take further steps, in coordination with NHTSA, to provide additional measures to supplement the safety of its vehicles.
Chrysler Group regards safety as a paramount concern and does not compromise on the safety of our customers and their families.”

Green Hornet Movie Car on eBay
Here it is, the 1965 Chrysler Imperial used in the 2011 Green Hornet movie. According to the seller it is the only Black Beauty that kept its original interior and original 413 engine. It is also the Black Beauty that Jay Leno drove on Jay Leno’s Garage. See a ton more pics plus more details from the eBay auction, plus the Jay Leno video after the jump! Thanks to Darren for the tip!
Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler Conquest
We haven’t covered a lot of 80s cars so far. How about the Conquest, built by Mitsubishi and sold as a Dodge, Plymouth and Chrysler? They are becoming increasingly hard to find, especially in stock form. This one sold recently on eBay for $1,780 but it sounds like it had a blown motor. There is a good writeup on these increasingly rare cars over at Hemmings.
What Would You Do With a Free 1979 Chrysler Newport?
That was the question asked recently over on Reddit. So what would you do with a free 1979 Chrysler Newport? Just drive it? Mod it? Scrap it? More pics after the jump!

Chrysler Reports Sales Increase of 11 Percent for April

Cool Vanilla
I saw a Cool Vanilla Magnum in traffic the other day and was struck by how unique that color looks. It’s a very creamy white that looks great in my opinion. I couldn’t find any photos online that really do it justice–the photo below from 300Cforums came closest. This color saw a fairly limited production between 2005 and 2006 with a brief return in 2008 on some Chargers. More infe at Chargerforums and LXforums.
