You’re looking at a 1971 triple black Dodge Challenger R/T equipped with a 426 Hemi and a 4-speed that was sold new at Norm Kraus’ Grand Spaulding Dodge in Chicago. This one is all business and there are indications that it was driven hard early in its life. I like that. See more detail at Muscle Car of the Week. Video after the jump!

A-990 Super Stock Hemi Cars at Detroit Autorama
A highlight of Detroit Autorama were the A-990 Super Stock Hemi cars in attendance, like this amazing 1965 Dodge Coronet. Click through to see more pics of the Coronet, and the meticulously restored 1965 Plymouth Belvedere that made its first appearance at the show (you can read more about the Belvedere here). Buy a New 1970 Dodge Charger….Wallet
Don’t know what to get the Mopar nut short of a way-too-expensive 1970 Dodge Charger R/T? How about a wallet made from the same vinyl material as the Charger’s seats? Apparently, Couch Guitar Straps found some NOS or maybe aftermarket seat vinyl and decided to make wallets out of it. I want one just because of the description: “Made in the USA. Handmade by dudes in California on some serious heavy duty machinery who drive motorcycles and scooters and old American Vans and Japanese hybrids and listen to King Tuff and play guitar after work.” Find more info at The Truth About Cars.
1969 Dodge Hemi Super Bee at the Detroit Autorama
It’s hard to beat a 4-speed Hemi B-body and that white/white combo is super cool! And check out those wheels! Pics via the Scat Pack Forum Facebook page. More after the jump!
Batman Inspired Dodge Challenger
What would a graphic designer, when not creating superhero adventures as a comic book artist, or designing paint schemes for the likes of Hennessey Performance, Scion Racing, Turner Motorsports or Meguiar’s, drive as his personal car? How about a Batman inspired Dodge Challenger? John Sibal’s 2009 Challenger features a black and brushed gold paint scheme, a shaker intake setup, a Zoomers cat-back exhaust and an Air Runners airbag system. In a deep, guttural, slow voice “I’m Batman”. Find more info at Hot Rod. Photos are by our good buddy Larry Chen. More pics after the jump!
Rusty 1969 Dodge Super Bee For Sale in Iowa
The seller admits this thing is toast. The only usable body panels are the hood and roof. Still, it has a numbers matching drivetrain and comes with paperwork. So this will probably end up a rebody? Priced at $2,500. More pics plus Craigslist ad text after the jump!
1949 Dodge Power Wagon on eBay
Sporting one mean looking stance is this 1949 Dodge Power Wagon. Teal green is not the first color that comes to mind for a Power Wagon but it works. A 318 replaces the original six. The shifter, auxiliary gauges and paisley interior need changing though. See more at BangShift and be sure to check out the auction on eBay. More pics after the jump!
2015 Dodge Challenger News
Allpar probably has the most thorough coverage of the upcoming and highly anticipated 2015 Dodge Challenger. The big story is the new Hellcat 6.2 liter supercharged Hemi, which is rumored to produce a whopping 660 horsepower and 640 lb-ft of torque. Other changes will include an 8-speed automatic and a refreshed interior complete with some of the modern electronics and gadgets found in other Chrysler products (UConnect 2, a backup camera, etc.). Exterior changes will probably be somewhat minor, though the Hellcat will require added air intakes. We will keep you updates as we learn more.
1970 Dodge Super Bee on eBay
This 383-powered, pistol grip four speed, one repaint Super Bee just sold in a no-reserve auction on eBay for $21,900. I’m liking the rather sleeper-esque white paint job. As featured on Bring A Trailer. Be sure to check out the eBay auction. More pics after the jump!
