1967 Barracuda AFX Replica on eBay

You’re looking at a very true-to-the-original replica of Hurri-Cane II, a car that was campaigned by Bob Cain of Massachusetts back in the day. This isn’t a show circuit car. The owner actually made regular runs in it with battle scars to prove it! And now it’s on eBay! See the article on BangShift for more info. More pics after the jump!

1956 Plymouth Suburban Canadian Barn Find

Do you like your 1956 Plymouth Suburbans resto/rat rodded, as shown in a recent Mopar Blog post (Ferris Oxide 1956 Plymouth Sport Suburban), or stock? This apparently bone stock wagon is said to have been sitting untouched for 35-40 years. It’s for sale on eBay with no reserve and currently sitting at $3550. I’d rebuild the engine and restore the interior and leave it at that. It’d be nice to own a cool Mopar that never needs washing. Find it here on Bring A Trailer. More pics after the jump!

1981 AMC Spirit AMX Pace Car

PPG sponsored a competition among five manufacturers to design a custom pace car for the 1981 IndyCar World Series. AMC took a Spirit AMX and built a completely new fiberglass body and added a turbocharged and fuel injected 258 ci inline six. The result is a one of one factory custom car! See more detail at BangShift with the original ad here on eBay. More pics after the jump!

1994 Viper with 504 Miles on eBay

Are you a huge fan of the first generation Viper RT/10 but you’ve been kicking yourself for not buying one when available between 1992 and 1995? Well today’s your lucky day! Behold a 1994 Viper with only 504 miles. There’s no story as to how the car survived almost 20 years without being driven but it was probably purchased new by a speculator. If so, that plan may not have worked out as it’s listed for $37,500. A new Viper RT/10 in 1994 was priced at $56,600. So, do you drive and enjoy it or, at this point, put it on a mantel? See the article at CarScoops and the original eBay listing. More pics after the jump!

Biggest Turn Off When Looking For a New Old Mopar?

I can deal with a lot of things when looking for a new old Mopar. Non-running is fine. A few states away is fine. Modifications? That’s ok, if they are reversible. Non-number matching? No biggie. Rust? Not a huge fan, but hey, when you are talking about something 40+ years old there might be a little rust. But a black Chevy spray bombed engine bay like the one on this 1970 Plymouth Satellite convertible on eBay? Instant turn off and deal breaker.

How about you?

1988 Jeep Comanche Race Truck on eBay

Tommy Archer has been with the Chrysler Group’s racing and development team for the past 18 years. In 1989 he raced this very truck at Lime Rock, winning the event. It’s a survivor race truck with only 4000 miles! The only updates are the fuel cell, replacement Hoosier tires, a new front spoiler and a bigger racing seat. The interior looks amazingly stock for a race winning truck. Wouldn’t it be cool to enter it in vintage races? See more detail at Bring A Trailer. The eBay ad was pulled 04Nov after apparently reaching only $5300. See the new, reposted, ad on eBay.  More pis after the jump!
