Since 2000, the monthly total pickup sales order has been Ford, Chevrolet and then Dodge/Ram. Not this past March. Ram passed Chevrolet in truck sales to take the number 2 spot. Jim Cain, a GM spokesman, was none too happy and displays poor taste with his response to the news “The 1980s called.
