A Nesting Couple
A 1969 Formula S Barracuda and a 1966 Coronet convertible appear to have been side by side for quite some time. Seems like a shame to break them up. No chance of that happening in the immediate future–they’re not for sale. As found on Cars in Barns. One more pic after the jump!
Playboy Playmate Pink Barracuda on eBay
For sale is a 1966 Plymouth Barracuda in Playmate Pink, similar to the one that was presented to 1967 Playmate Lisa Baker The car lays claim to being the only Plymouth offered as a Playmate car. Seller is providing Galen Govier documentation to the car’s fender tag decoding but the engine is not original. Find it here on eBay. More pics after the jump!

Not much info available on this 1968 340 Barracuda Formula S, which appeared in Cars in Barns (scroll below the Mustang) other than the fact that it’s located in upstate New York. More pics after the jump!
1970 Barracuda Idle for 37 Years
Barn finds are still be found. Hot Rod reported on this 1970 Plymouth Barracuda that was parked in 1977 due to an unidentified issue. The car, and everything around it, has not been touched since that day. One can say it’s “only” a 318 automatic but that just means that it’s not too rare and valuable to drive and enjoy. 1965 Plymouth Barracuda at the Charles Kee Estate
The Charles Kee auction starts tomorrow! They just posted the complete catalog today, take a look.
The next car we are featuring is a 1965 Plymouth Barracuda, VIN number V852527557. It is a factory 273 4 bbl commando V8 automatic car with a floor shifter. A 4 bbl in one of these is pretty rare. This Cuda is very clean and is a loaded model. We see power brakes, floor shift auto, bucket seats, chrome air cleaner, black valve covers, wood grain wheel and the top of the line hub caps. It has silver exterior with black interior and black stripes.

Wow, what a stunner. Numbers matching 383 car with very low miles. Seller claims it is rust free and has lived in California all its life. Love the F4 green. Just two hours left to bid with reserve not met. Will it sell? More pics plus eBay auction text after the jump!

1970 Plymouth Barracuda to be Saved
This 1970 Barracuda was recently purchased by owner number two after sitting neglected for 15 years. The new owner is taking a rather unique approach to it’s restoration. “I’m taking donations for the restoration, every donor can have a ride when it’s done!” Good luck with that. Plymouth Barracuda’s 50th Birthday
It’s been 50 years since Plymouth rolled out the world’s first pony car, even before the term pony car was coined. It came into the world quietly, grew to intimidate the competition with big blocks, hemispherical combustion chambers and SCCA racing, then bowed out quietly just as the fuel crisis hit. Check out this wild 1968 Barracuda powered by a supercharged 520 inch Hemi with zero miles since completion. Said to have over $80,000 invested, the Buy It Now price is $50,000. This is apparently the third time that it has been posted for sale. Charmed? I might want a new fuel cell though.
