It’s refreshing to see an E-body convertible with its original small block drivetrain. This purple 4-speed 318 car is all numbers matching, restored about 12 years ago. For the second month in a row, the Mustang outsold the Camaro in June, with 10,263 Mustangs sold vs 7,326 Camaros. Pony cars sales have been a bit sluggish lately–Mustang sales are down 9.9% and Camaro sales are down 20.7%. But here’s the cool news: last month Challenger sales were up 27.2% with 5,191 cars sold! Saw this beautiful black 1970 Challenger R/T on Speedhunters, where they are having a little poll to pick the best car from the 70s. The Challenger is currently in third place–behind a Datsun and a Porsche. Maybe you guys should go over and vote.

Well, to be fair this daily driven SRT8 is Kenne bell supercharged and is pushing 802 RWHP. But it also weighs 4,540 pounds in race trim. So that 10.43 at 133mph is pretty impressive. Video after the jump! Via LXForums
