The first win goes to Miles Watsko of Winnipeg, Manitoba for his awesome 1964 Plymouth Savoy, which was chosen from over 1,000 Mopars at the 29th Annual Midwest Mopars in the Park car show in Farmington, Minnesota this weekend. This will be the seventh season of the Top Eliminator program, which honers the best Mopar restorers and modifiers. A total of four winners will be selected in 2013. Two winners will be chosen from competitions at Mopars in the Park and the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals. A third will will be picked from drag cars at the NHRA U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis. And this is super cool: a fourth will be chosen online. Builders can upload pics of their Mopars and people will vote to determine the winner. More details at Chyrsler.com
