Yeah, we don’t pay anything. But think of the glory! Think of the bragging rights! The media access! The fun and excitement of seeing your name on the contributor list of the best little Mopar site on the interwebs! All we ask is that:
1) You 100% know your sh!t. (If you can’t tell the difference between a ’68 and ’69 Road Runner from a 100 yards away and/or “A12” means nothing to you, please do not apply. Enthusiasm is great, but it does not make up for lack of real knowledge.)
2) You can be somewhat regular with our posts. (Like, maybe once per week? Actual writing skills, punctuation and spelling is optional cause we can fix that stuff.)

I always in my early years was a GM person till one day I test drove a new 1969 Dodge Dart GTS,,, before even getting back to the dealer I had made up my mind that Mopar Muscle will always be my choice. I realized that you could buy a hot rod right off showroom floor that could out run the other makers without spending any money on hot rod equipment.
A funny thing happened at the Chrysler dealer this morning:
I took my 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser into the Hilltop Chrysler dealer
in Pinole, Ca. where I bought it new, along with “FREE” lifetime oil changes.
Needless to say I have not missed changing oil every 3000mi. As we all
know they use genuine Mopar products in all their service work and I
have never been anywhere else for service, of any kind.
While seated in the waiting room I noticed a Mopar poster on the wall:
Turns out that today is the first day of a 13-day vacation from work.
I had not planned to do anything until seeing this poster and now feel
inspired to take a “Road Trip”! I have to attend to some business tomorrow
Friday,10/3, but Saturday morning before the sun comes up I’m heading to
Hwy 1 to travel the coast route from San Francisco north. I have a friend in
Seattle, Wa. area and plan to hug the coast all the way there. I’m undecided
exactly how to handle chronicling my trip. My first thought is to write here
on your blog every evening from my motel rooms. I would like to add photos,
however I prefer to edit them before posting.
I guess the prudent thing to do is to chronicle and photograph my trip,
then when I return home, post it day by day after editing.
THANK YOU for fueling my passion!
We’ll talk soon,
