Barn Find Daytona to Remain Barn Fresh

At the recent Mecum auction in Kissimmee, this still barn fresh 1969 Daytona crossed the block, fetching $99,000. (Yes, the “barn find” photos are staged). The new owner, in watching people at the auction walk past beautifully restored cars to examine this crusty old B body, has decided to keep the car as is and is not going to restore it. Find more info at Hot Rod. More pics after the jump.

  1. no.1-how can this car set for all these years and be ignored?
no.2-why would anyone pay $99,000 for this car and not restore it!!
there is way to much money in this world.
