Reader’s Rides: Terry Mick’s 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T

Remember Steven Mick’s 1972 Duster that we posted last week? Well, his dad has a cool Mopar, too! Check out his 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T. It started life as with an automatic but now sports a A833 4-speed and a 8.75 rear w/3.55s. The heads have been ported and polished, heavier valve springs were installed, and its been cammed up with a MP Purple Shaft camshaft.  The original interior was replaced with a Charger interior due to the original interior being in bad condition. Vintage Dodge Dealer Photo – Shelton, Washington 1963

This is a photo of Pauley Motors in Shelton, Washington circa 1963.  Yes they only had this many cars on the lot at one time, not every dealer can be Mr. Norm’s selling hundreds of cars a month! They were a Dodge only dealer until 1972 when they took over the Plymouth franchise from another dealer in town. They closed down the business around 1978 during the Chrysler bankruptcy.

1968 Dodge Charger Survivor on eBay

A 383 powered, automatic, a/c car with low mileage (93,032 miles) is for sale in Michigan. Said to be a survivor, it shows some wear but is said to be complete. I’m liking the look of the steelies and dog dishes complete with 14 inch bias ply redlines. Find more info at Bring A Trailer. check out the eBay auction here. More pics after the jump!
